Service attitude is acceptable, but the full insurance I bought on the rental platform was not recognized by them. They said it had nothing to do with their rental company. Later, I was recommended to purchase another insurance at the store for 42 Euros. The car condition is average, with scratches everywhere. It took 20 minutes just to inspect the scratches.

Udrive is a scam company. They charge 100 euros for a small old scratch and 200 euros for two. The rental itself is only a bit more than 100 euros. In fact, there are other scratches that they charge each customer 200 euros for. It's obvious they are habitual offenders, without discrimination. Everyone gets charged. Later, I observed Portuguese customers facing the same problem, looking confused as they found scratches underneath the car.

I had never heard of this brand before and felt a bit anxious when booking, worried it might not be legit. In reality, their service was excellent. Someone picked us up from Lisbon Airport and drove us to the store, which is just a 3-5 minute drive. On the way, the driver gave us lots of good advice (like where to go after getting the car, how to drive in Europe, things to watch out for, etc.). At the store, they clearly explained all the important terms. The car they gave me was in great condition, a hybrid Toyota Vios with just over 3,000 kilometers on it. It was in excellent condition and had low fuel consumption. Overall, the service was great and the car was in good condition.
