Unclear pricing. We picked up and returned the car on Sunday, which required additional fees of 15 and 20 euros respectively for overtime. The car was very old and asking for a replacement would incur a high cost. Initially, we agreed on an additional price, but another person changed it later. This car rental experience was really unpleasant and exhausting.
Booked a Smart, but got an Opel Corsa instead. The spare tire was broken, the dashboard showed a tire pressure warning, and the fuel tank had very little fuel.
The service attitude was good, but I waited almost an hour to pick up the car (apparently waiting for the previous person to return it, and they even washed it again before giving it to me).
