Overall satisfied, but the damage assessment is too high. A very slight scratch costs 280 euros, plus service fees and other charges. Luckily, I bought the super insurance. But I haven't started the claims process yet, so I don't know if I can claim the full amount.
The return inspection was so meticulous that it seemed they were deliberately looking for flaws. No other car rental company in other countries does this.
