Excellent service, multiple languages

Good service, vehicles in good condition. It'd be informative if they can brief customers how much is needed to fill up the tank, especially when the car is not initially at full tank. We sort of needed to guess how much we need to pay and outdid the tank in the end.

Everything was smooth from booking till the day we arrived to pick up the car. I really appreciated their sales support, Megan responded to us very fast via email, as they was flight delay. So we informed them about the changed of pick up time. good job!

Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

We booked a Kia Morning but they gave us a Chevrolet Spark instead. Besides that, their customer support is slow. I called to ask for help but they replied me on the next day. Luckily it wasn't any urgent matters, Tamra can work better in this. Other than that, everything is good!

Excellent. They have a WhatsApp chat service which is very helpful for visitors with only a data plan. They even contacted me on the day of rental to confirm my arrival. Unfortunately, because it was not easy to know Tamra closes at 8pm at the time of booking on EasyRentCars (my flight landed at 8.30pm), I almost could not collect my vehicle and it would have destroyed my itinerary. Fortunately, Tamra helped me to arrange for a late pickup smoothly, and checked in on me to see if I picked up the car in the end. They even reminded me to take pictures of the car, something a new rental car driver may not do. The return process was extremely smooth too. 10/10 would rent again.
