Pretty good, the store staff are very friendly and proactively provide tips. The car was just cleaned and equipped with wet wipes and bottled water. Returning the car was also quick.

Had to wait a long time to pick up the car, and there was no one at the counter. After completing the paperwork, went to the parking lot but couldn't find the car easily, had to walk a long way. Hope this can be improved.

Quite good. The car model is nice and relatively new. Very spacious for four people and two 28-inch suitcases.

The rental company knew the tire was punctured when we picked up the car, but told us to just inflate it instead of replacing it with a spare. As a result, we had to stop and inflate the tire every few kilometers. Eventually, we had to find a place to replace the tire, which incurred additional costs.

Staff's English is poor, explanations are unclear, and instructions are not thorough.

The instructions during car pickup were unclear, and they didn't explain which fast lane to use. Additionally, they overcharged me 100 lira more than the order.
