Arrived at Miami airport late at night from New York on the 24th, the car rental company's staff was very efficient despite the late hour, highly commendable

There were many people, so I waited for a while. They tried to sell insurance, but I had already bought full coverage, so I didn't buy it. When I returned the car, they gave me a slip which I thought was for highway fees, but after a closer look, it was for fuel. I had clearly returned the car with a full tank. Luckily, I noticed in time and went back to the counter to cancel it. They canceled it without checking, which felt like a deliberate scam. If you don't notice, they will charge you. Everyone, be careful.

Good service attitude, quick pick-up time

Everything was fine, except the rental car building was a bit far from the airport. Dragging our luggage for a long time and taking the light rail was quite tiring. The queue time was okay, but some people cut in line, especially South Americans. When we tried to reason with them, they pretended not to understand English. My husband spoke to them in Spanish, and only then did they step back, but they glared at us. Very poor manners, although this isn't the rental company's fault, just venting. There were no sales pitches for insurance, they didn’t even mention it. After using a credit card for the deposit, we haven't received the toll bill yet. We'll see if the charges are reasonable.

They try to convince you to add more insurance.

Convenient and Reliable Since the reserved car wasn't available at night, they upgraded me for free. This is the second time I've received this treatment in the USA.

The worst of my six car rental experiences. RMB 480/day, they didn't have the model I reserved and gave me a Buick sedan instead. Or suggested paying more for an upgrade, which resulted in getting a small Cadillac sedan for RMB 700/day.

The car was in great condition, only 2000 miles driven, and it was very smooth to drive.
