The vehicle was quite new and there was a high level of trust (which is often lacking domestically). This is mainly evident during pickup, where you inspect the vehicle yourself for any scratches or damage. If you mark them, they acknowledge it without anyone scrutinizing the vehicle with a fine-tooth comb. Of course, upon returning the car, they will definitely inspect it.

Excellent

Not bad. Although the model we booked was unavailable, they gave us a Malibu instead, which was a bit small. But the car was still good, just not great for uphill driving. Returning the car was extremely easy.

Extremely satisfied! The pick-up and drop-off speed was super fast, the procedures were simple, the car was very new with only 12,000 miles, the price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. The whole process took just 5 minutes.

The service was good, better than expected

Even though it was a new car, it broke down unexpectedly, and the roadside assistance was very slow, which affected our subsequent plans. The rental agreement was for six days, but the car broke down after just four days. There was no compensation or refund for the remaining two days.

The car was in good condition and the rental process was easy. I rented a RAV4 in Salt Lake City, but the rental company gave me a 7-seater Chevrolet. The trunk was spacious, the car was powerful, and it was brand new. Fantastic, highly recommended.

Overall service was satisfactory. However, the staff insisted on seeing a notarized document even though I told them my driver's license was in English. Thankfully, I had prepared one, or it could have been troublesome. The car was new, but the front cigarette lighter was broken, so I had to use the other one. This made the GPS power cord barely long enough, so I had to place it on the dashboard, where it kept falling off.

No extra charges, very good. They added road assistance upon my request. Returning the car was extremely easy and quick. The car model was also great, upgraded from the booked RAV4, with a backup camera and Bluetooth, which was a pleasant surprise.

It's okay. Picking up the car was quite convenient, and the car was quite good and very new. Overall, I'm satisfied.
