The car was in excellent condition! Audi A3! However, there were no clear instructions provided for the car return location at Geneva Airport. It took quite a while to find the return location at the airport.

Renting a car in Switzerland is really convenient. There are clear signs at the airport showing you where the CAR RENTAL area is. Returning the car is also easy with clear signage indicating where to go—just drive back to the airport.

I booked a GULF model on the Zuzuche website, but ALAMO informed me that this model was unavailable at pickup and offered a different model instead. They also required a €2000 insurance deposit (even though I had purchased comprehensive insurance on the Zuzuche site). I don't understand why. It's been over ten days since I returned, and the €2000 deposit is still frozen.

1. Took the car away early and didn't return it; 2. Multiple contact attempts were ignored; 3. Both parties shifted responsibility without resolution; 4. Poor vehicle quality, had a flat tire and no spare tire; 5. Charged the full amount in advance, but didn't provide a car for the last 5 days, and nobody addressed this issue to date.

Like: I was given a brand new automatic and GPS enabled Citroen C3. It had all the modern features and made my road trip a fantastic, enjoyable and memorable experience.
