Easy pick-up, friendly service

Average, didn't feel the enthusiasm.

Convenient

Like: Armada was in good condition. 4WD option was nice for trip to Yellowstone. Drop off was painless
Dislike: Printer was broken so agent had to fill in form by hand. Got Armada because it was the first set of keys agent picked up, even though Expedition I reserved was in the parking lot. Decided not to switch because I didn’t want to walk back inside with two little ones. Car had 36,000 miles and ran fine, even though I was told on the phone my rental would likely have under 5000 miles on it.

The rental company was great. After talking, they upgraded my car to an Enclave. The car was big and comfortable.

Not bad, the staff were quite polite.

The vehicle condition was excellent, and the service was great.

The staff was very nice and gave me a Chevrolet Traverse as a free upgrade. Alamo has been great in the past few rentals, their people are super friendly. The car was powerful and fuel-efficient, making our tour around Salt Lake City, Yellowstone, and Cody quite enjoyable.

Dislike: guy at the counter was very unprofessional and slow to be of help

Rented a car in Salt Lake City, a female employee at the rental counter helped us finish the paperwork within a few minutes.

Driver's license not accepted

1. I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a Chevrolet SUV instead. 2. I specified returning the car at Salt Lake City Airport, but later found that our hotel was only a 10-minute drive from the airport (in fact, it was in the city center), so I asked if we could return the car in the city center instead. The answer was no. After returning the car at the airport, there was no service to take us back to the hotel.

The pick-up and drop-off services are both good.

The service was pretty good.

Very convenient and efficient

This car rental experience was okay. The rules at different locations vary, and QEEQ did not show this, so we had to discuss it in person at the store. Some experience and language skills are necessary.

Salt Lake City's service was very good, better than Billings.
