CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ALAMO IN GENEVA

The worst possible experience after collecting the car and absolute failure of Alamo to come back to me regarding the issue of a lost car key. I have now been back 2 days and still have no further information. Terrible service and an absolute farce.

The rear window of our rental car was smashed in Rome. We wanted to exchange the car in Rome, but the contact number provided by Alamo was not answered at all. We went directly to their airport rental location, but their staff said they couldn't handle this issue and told us to keep calling the number, leaving us hanging. We visited two airport rental locations, both with the same response. In the end, the problem remained unsolved, and we had to drive back to Geneva to return the car.

I explained I'd booked a manual car and they said unfortunately they only had automatics....i was offered a 'mini' manual but that would have been to small!!

Short wait on the line to finish paperworks, but everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off. Good customer service.

I could find lowest price without shop around various rent a car companies. It saved my time. Easy to make reservation. Good customer service.

Car needs to be cleaned before handed to the customer

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly-I reallyy liked the fact that when taking the car over a member of staff checked the car with you to ensure that there were no damages that hadn't been noted already and did the same at the drop off.As we had used Alamo before, they also gave us a free upgrade to a larger vehicle,which was very kind of them.

Worked very well no complaints at all,would happily use your services again.

Staff fine, rental desk easy to find. Quicker to walk, which we did, to the car location.
