The Dollar Counter in the airport was closed, but had a sign directing me to the vehicle collection area. The booth in the vehicle collection area was closed, but had a sign directing me to Hertz. The Hertz representative was busy, but did assist me in picking up the vehicle from Dollar.

counter staff was great, they needed help. I waited in line for one and a half hours to be attended.
I won't prepay next time all other rental car agents were available, they just sat at their stations.

Courteous. Check in could’ve been a little quicker, but i don’t blame the counter person for that, it was technology. Vehicle did not have full gas tank when i got it, I let them know about it when I returned it. overall it was all good.

I like booking car rentals this way, seems easier and I can see everything it’s available, And many times less expensive Than directly booking with actual providers...
