There were long queues, but the service was good and the pick-up and return process was easy.

The counters in Miami and Orlando were very easy to find, and there were fewer people in line compared to other rental companies. The service was very standardized and without any hassle.

Overall service was great, and the car was very new. Even though I returned the car half an hour late, they didn't charge extra. The problem was that they didn't provide a remote key, which was very annoying! There were some tricks during the paperwork; the default option was to buy half a tank of fuel, but luckily I was careful enough to avoid it.

I always use Dollar when I go to the USA. The service staff are always friendly, and the cars are relatively new. Additionally, Dollar's prices are quite competitive.

The car was in excellent condition and very convenient. Highly recommend. However, the return of the credit card deposit was too slow. Please improve this.

Arrived at Miami Airport around 10 PM, completed the process and picked up the car in just 10 minutes. Very convenient.

Overall, it was pretty good. The car was almost new and in good condition, but the interior was a bit dirty.

Good Afternoon My name is Allan Nielsen and I hired a car from Fort Lauterdale last week for about 5 days. Your staff member suggested that I take the $50 plus toll fare to avoid paying tolls. I told him I was going to a seminar in Palm Beach and I asked if there were any tolls, He asked if I was going to Miami to which I replied NO, He said I should have it, I asked again just to be sure I was getting good advise Again he said I would need this Toll pass. HE LIED There are no tolls on the road to Palm Beach Simply a RIPP Off as I was unfamiliar with the area

Overall good, but the waiting time was long.

The car model we booked online was not available when we arrived to pick it up in the evening. However, the car we were given was even better than expected. The Chrysler minivan was very spacious and comfortable, and very easy to drive. However, there were many hidden fees. After some persuasion, we ended up buying full insurance. So, the actual cost of renting the car was higher than the price seen on QEEQ.
