I was helped by a very friendly guy from the northeast. He picked us up from a McDonald's near the airport in the morning and dropped us off at the airport after we returned the car. They offer pick-up and drop-off services around Melbourne Airport, which is very convenient. The car was a 5-year-old Crown in great condition. The rental price was less than 400 per day, and it was very fuel-efficient. We drove nearly 600 kilometers on the Great Ocean Road with a third of the tank left. It cost around 0.5 per kilometer. I was very satisfied with this rental experience and highly recommend this company.
