Not bad, the car condition is decent, but it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. However, considering they upgraded me to a bigger car, I'll forgive them :). Some areas in Phuket are under construction, and having a bigger car helped because it could have gotten stuck otherwise....
The car provided was vastly different from the one shown online and had many scratches. The staff's attitude was mediocre, and they didn't ask where I was from before setting the GPS to English. The return location instructions were unclear. Additionally, many rental companies deliver cars to hotels, but this one doesn't, and I had to take a taxi to the airport to pick up the car.
Nothing more to say, picked up the car at 5:00, even though my reservation was for 5:30, no extra charges. The staff were very friendly both during pick up and return. 5 stars, the store is right inside the airport, very convenient.
Great attitude, excellent service in Thailand, got the car on time even in the middle of the night, and the car was in good condition. Will choose this company again next time!
I encountered a small issue when renting the car because my credit card was maxed out and I couldn't complete the deposit transaction. I had cash but the counter staff said they only accept credit cards. Later, I called the credit card center to apply for a higher limit and finally managed to rent the car. I suggest the company offer more payment options in the future.
This car rental company offers almost 24-hour service. I returned the car at around 4 AM, and there was actually someone there to inspect and process the return. Everything was done in ten minutes. Also, the car was very new. Overall, it was great!
Very good. We didn't get the car model we rented, but a bigger one, a 7-seater, which was very spacious and equipped with a child safety seat. The service was also very good, and both pick-up and drop-off were very convenient.
