CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON BUDGET AT BELFAST CITY AIRPORT, BHD

Completed faster check in but only one queue so didn't save any time. The hire car was damaged and not very clean but were told to hand it back fully valeted. Felt as it was booked through third party, they were not as interested as with any previous bookings.

Very easy to use to book hire car. Poor quality of rental vehicle.

Dislike: Single staff member representing multiple companies-understaffed

The rented car had an engine problem (EPC) and the service replaced it.

Like: Nice little car, Skoda Fabia, just right for my family. Collection was easy and the staff at the counter really helpful. Drop off was straightforward and everything went really smoothly.

FAST AND EFFICIENT. GOOD CLEAN CAR.

The only comment I have is we were disappointed to have to pay £100 insurance because we didn't have a credit card

Hired car for Northern Ireland whose road signs are mph. Was given south plates and a Speedo only in kmh Unusable. Counter staff told me to email a complaint. Useless

All good.

Like: The service was brilliant, the staff were some helpful and friendly. I don't think I could say anything negative about the overall experience. Very happy customer.
Dislike: I'm not sure if it is a negative or not but the staff are so laid back that when I found a dent on the car at pick up they said it's something that happens and ticked it off my form and not theirs. I wasn't picked up on it at drop off though so I guess they are all fairly level headed with the process of it all. Very happy with everything!

The staff where fantastic Jacqueline in particular. We had arrived in Belfast and the airline had lost my luggage, so I had no paperwork or clothes apart from what I was wearing. They helped me with everything including where I could buy some clothes. 10 out of 10 for service.

Car was great, although the steering of the vehicle was a slight concern. I found that it kept trying to recentre after steering in a particular direction. There wasn't any one available at vehicle dropoff to advise.

Car was great fir the money. Would never own one but it suited purpose..

Got a free udgrade which was very much appreciated. The car was great and the pick up process at the counter incredibly quick. Not sure if this was because I had signed up for the Budget Quick Pass but it really worked. Faultless service and car.

Never used before but impressed so far. Like the idea the website continues to look for a better price after booking, although yet to see this work in practice.
