The service was excellent and everything went smoothly.

During my trip, there was a scratch on the right rear part of the car. BUDGET charged me the maximum amount for it. Although I sent numerous emails, I didn't receive any response. Later, I directly contacted the China Merchants Bank credit card center and initiated a credit investigation. Shortly after, I received half of the money back. I can only say that when it comes to money, foreigners can be just as opportunistic.

Overall service was good, but the money I paid for additional additives hasn't been refunded after returning the car.
