I waited a terribly long time for my car which is understandable because I rented it during busy season. But then after over an hour of waiting some cars of the class over the one I reserved showed up but the staff refused to upgrade me and proceeded to make me wait another full hour until my class car came. All through this last hour they kept on reassuring me that my car will arrive in just ten more minutes, just fifteen more minutes, because obviously they couldn't tell me that I will have to wait another hour. I was under the impression that the common courtesy of rental car companies is to bump you up a class if they don't have your car especially if you had already payed for it beforehand. Making you wait a bit is fine but over 2 hours is ridiculous.

the car was very wick(hyundai i10) and scrathed.they charge me vat against the terms of the rental.they dont care about the rental agreement.

Very unhelpfull! had to wait till they got a car in stock!they gave the wrong one at first! The car always had problems starting.... it was an old piece of metal!! i was very disapointed!!!

The car was filthy both in and out and had more bumps and scratches on it than a dodgem car. Shocking service at collection point and shocking car. Budget should be ashamed of themselves

Very easy booking platform. Original booking was rejected. Easyrentcars called me immediately before I even realized. Rebooked with a different company and went smooth.

Budget forced me into an upsell by telling me the car I wanted was going to be 2 hours late. I consider this a dirty trick, however the car they gave me was quite good so I can't decide if in the end I got a good deal or not.

It was impossible to deel with them! Because they didnt have any cars in and didnt want to give me an upgade!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to wait very long.....
