At SF Airport, we waited in line for an hour and a half to pick up the car. The staff at the counter kept trying to sell us insurance. The first car we were assigned was taken by someone else before we could get to it. We had to go back to the counter, and they gave us another car. However, just as we were about to take the car, another person also showed up to claim it.
