“The car provided runs a low mileage but lots of scratches back and front.”

Lots of scratches on the car provided and the drop off staff didn’t read the rental documents but pointing out the scratch marks which I have to tell him to look at the paper before informing me that I’ll have to pay for the damage. It’s wasting time.

Literally said it's a brand new car, totally clean and pretty ready. The counter staff was very helpful. Less than 10 min through the process of documentation and car inspection with informative guidance. Should be better if Europcar manages to have the signs within the arrival hall to the counter.

“Everything was done promptly once I found the counter/table to pick ip the car”

There wasn’t a counter in the terminal to pick up the car, we had to walk outside door 1 in the parking lot and look for the europcar sign, it was just a desk with the service crew to hand over the keys and check the car out
