Excellent throughout!

They just handed you the key and asked you to pick up the car yourself. No staff assistance during pickup. Reserved a Volkswagen three months in advance, but got switched to a Japanese SUZUKI which I am not familiar with. Luckily, the car wasn't complicated, or it would have taken quite some time to figure out, wasting time. Significant service difference compared to Europcar in Germany.

The main issue was that the car rental company did not provide the vehicle as per the contract. We were given a pickup truck instead of the car we booked. It was Christmas Eve, so the staff left right after handing over the car. When we realized the mistake and tried to contact them, there was no one around. We had to leave the airport with the pickup truck. After contacting the rental company, we were able to exchange it the next day, wasting our time. Other than that, there were no significant issues.

The well-known rental company is very good.

Overall, very satisfied, but didn't get the Q7 and instead got Discovery 5. Although the vehicle was nice, it wasn't the car I wanted.

The car model was completely different from what was promised. The staff just said: There's nothing we can do, it's a car model group. How can a Ford seven-seater be the same as a Chrysler Grand Voyager (similar space to a GL8)? They arbitrarily decide what belongs to the same group without any prior reference.

We had to queue quite sometime and we cannot pay in Euro, need to change to Icelandic note to pay. Why we have to buy again for insurance where else I already booked online. Other than that all are fine.

I don't think we have price drop, might pay a bit higher than I expect.

Overall service was quite satisfactory. They clearly explained all the driving precautions.

Always good as i jave been using them for past travels. Good clean cars. Don't hard sell extra insurance as they know our booking covers the excess.

The car was ready as scheduled and was handed to me promptly.

Overall it's okay, but they didn't inform me about a toll fee, which caused me to incur a lot of unnecessary fines later.

I got a good vehicle, a Suzuki Jiminy, although it was barely large enough for our luggage. The car performed well but was very expensive. I realize everything in Iceland in the summer is expensive though.

Easy to find upon exiting the airport, no need to queue, cars are in good condition, quick phone support for any startup issues
