Pretty good

We reserved the car for 9 AM and return by 8 PM. Arrived around 9:15 and was charged $50 for being 15 minutes late, which is almost the cost of renting for a whole day.

They don’t have the type of car I book, so they give us a bigger car but I don't need that big.

Good platform

not easy to find place for parking when drop-off.

There weren't many people in line, but the service attitude was just average.

Service was OK. It took a very long time to actually pick up the car.

Very good rental agency. There is no additional airport fee aside from the rental price you pay on easyrentcars.com. The car had only 7000 km on the meter, was a little dent and scratched which is normal for Israel. Counter personnel was very polite and very helpful in explaining the conditions of the rental. We have been also explained to avoid the 50 Shekel (NIS) fee by not going onto Highway no. 6 which is payable by an electronic system, however, we choose to drive on it and to pay the fee which in our opinion was acceptable.

Easyrentcars.com did a great job as always and also rebooked with the price alert function turned on.

The car I chose matched the one I rented.

J'ai loué une golf (ou similaire) , je me suis retrouvé avec une Hyundai accent , ce qui n'est pas du tout similaire en terme de qualité. J'ai l'impression que le terme "similaire " est de plus en plus utilisé comme une faille par les agences de location low cost. Dans le cas présent une remise commerciale significative a été appliquée pour moi par europcar donc je m'estime satisfait

I got the car with 3/4 of gasoline. They told me to return it full. and that they would give me money back. but that didn't happen

There was a problem with the computers at the counter so it took over three hours till we got the car... The counter staff was nice but could help much. Once we got the car everything was good.

When we picked up the car (mini van as we were 6 passengers) there was a piece of trim/floor on the floor of the car just sitting there. I had to take it out to give to the staff. There were many scratches and dents and the front bumper was questionable. The car worked fine but when we hit a certain speed it sounded like we were going to lose our front bumper. They required us to have 3rd party insurance even though we were covered by our credit card and we were not allowed to rent without it. This was an additional 120$ US for 3 days.

The car was very new, and the staff's service was quite good.

Normally opt for Europcar first.

We had a horrible experience with this specific car and the false information that was given to us at Ben Gurion airport from the Albar agent. He told us that the car would need diesel gas. We kept questioning him and he said that diesel was used for that model. Sunday morning the code did not work - we spent 3 hours waiting for a mechanic to fix the problem. Monday - all the lights on the dashboard went off! We drove to the Albar center in Bet Shemesh but before that we filled it up with diesel gas, as instructed. The car stopped working in the middle of 3855 and we waited 4 hours for a tow! The customer service center kept changing the time and it was very difficult to get any information from them. We were told we would have to complete a problem form but no one knew what to do when we dropped the car off at Ramat Beit Shemesh B on Friday morning. We will not be paying for any of the repairs to this car since we were misled and had other problems with it!
