Car pick-up/drop-off process includes an extra step as shuttle bus brings you from DCA to the rental car center but you must wait for and take another shuttle because Advantage location is off-site from rental center. Advantage's prices are usually lower than those at rental car center, which makes up for the extra time needed. Ensure you factor in a little extra time for pick-up/drop-off when choosing off-site rental car companies.
