No staff present, picked up the car directly upon arrival.

The trunk of the Mitsubishi is much larger than the CX-5, making the journey more comfortable for passengers. The pickup service was not satisfactory; there was no explanation during the pickup, they just told us where the car was parked and were in a hurry to leave without any enthusiasm from the staff.

Overall good. Issues: No one was at the pick-up location when we arrived. Called and had to wait half an hour. GPS didn't have Chinese voice, had to replace it the next day.

Pick up the car at the airport, very convenient.
