The staff were quite friendly. However, because the car had a minor collision, we were charged a repair fee and an unknown additional fee, which was removed after communicating with them.
Paid for a winter prepped 4x4…which they did not have so we had to pay extra for a Volvo AWD with no winter tyres. Luckily it did not snow but annoying that we had to pay extra for something we we supposed to get.
