Staff pretty clueless but luckily the manager was there and he was on top of things

They handled a minor scratch very quickly, but there was no one to give an introduction when picking up the car, which was confusing.

The staff at the pickup point acted like you owed him millions. He was impatient with every question.

Very convenient, exceeded expectations

I waited for an hour to pick up the car. I tried to pick it up at midnight, and there were two customer service representatives: one was a Black person and the other was an Indian man with glasses who was assisting me. Before I could get the car, they made me wait outside for someone to bring the car. Meanwhile, they attended to several other customers. There was no one outside to assist me. After waiting for a long time, I had no choice but to approach the Black representative. He asked me to wait for 10 minutes and then handed over the car keys.

They give me the car which is better than Mazda 3, and the rent price was very good

Unlike in China, the service efficiency and staff attitude in big cities are indeed much worse compared to smaller cities.

I asked in advance and was told that self-service returns were possible, but we were locked out at 1 AM, cold and hungry. Terrible service!
