Very satisfied, trustworthy. They are very diligent in following up on issues, making renting a car in a foreign country feel safe. The car was significantly upgraded without additional charges, which is very considerate.

Terrible rental company. They gave me a broken car, claiming the engine was faulty because I used the wrong fuel.

Fantastic!! Definitely choose them. The guy is handsome and speaks excellent English!! When returning the car, they will take you to the airport, so no need to worry or rush!!

I mentioned needing to go to Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia. They charged me 150 euros but only processed for Montenegro. As a result, I couldn't enter Croatia. They refunded 100 euros but are yet to process the remaining refund. The car rental company still hasn't handled it. They collected a 450 euro deposit, and it's been half a month without refunding it. This company seems like a small and disorganized outfit.

The rental store is located outside the airport, making it a bit difficult to find. The staff had a decent attitude. However, the car I rented this time is the worst I've ever gotten. The key's buttons were all missing, so I had to manually lock the car. One of the front headlights, one of the taillights, and the brake light were all not working, which are serious safety hazards! I was in a rush and didn’t notice these basic issues at the time. It was broad daylight when I picked up the car, so I didn't thoroughly check the lights. This experience has really served as a wake-up call for me!!! Also, they tried to upsell me a €90 insurance from their company, claiming it would exempt me from a €650 deposit. Since I already had full insurance from the rental platform, I declined. Luckily, they didn't force the purchase, but they did mention the deposit would take about a month and a half to be refunded.

The staff service attitude was acceptable. However, we booked an automatic transmission, but they assigned us a manual one. After coordination, they provided us with a smaller vehicle. The car rental company refused to give any compensation, but eventually, we received partial compensation from the rental platform.
