Initially, my experience at the store was not good. After entering my order, the staff quoted a price much higher than my order on the app, claiming it included a drop-off fee and taxes. I showed him the order amount, and after standing my ground, he not only upgraded our car but also gave a price slightly lower than the order. Additionally, my wife forgot her key pouch in the car, and they helped locate it and promised to mail it back. We paid for the shipping, but it was still a pleasant resolution.
