The service attitude was good.

The service was okay, I guess. I often rent cars in Europe, and the service is pretty much the same everywhere.

The service was excellent and very punctual. Unexpectedly, we booked a Citroën, but the rental company gave us the latest model Mercedes CLA upon pickup. The car's performance was outstanding, offering great driving pleasure. When returning the car, we didn't have time to refuel fully due to catching a train, and the tank was only about 80% full. The rental company's fuel charge was quite reasonable. Overall, both picking up and returning the car were very convenient, and the service was top-notch! The only issue is that the credit card deposit has not yet been refunded, but I trust they will handle it promptly.

The service was excellent, and the reserved vehicle was upgraded for free. Pickup and return were very convenient.

Although we reserved a Peugeot 207 and got a Volkswagen Polo 1.6L at pick-up, the car was brand new with a large trunk, so we were satisfied.

The condition of the car was very good and the service was warm and friendly.

Citer is a subsidiary of Enterprise. In Grenoble, the reception area is shared with Enterprise, so it took a while to find it initially. We returned the car on a Sunday evening at 6 PM and no staff were on duty. We had to use the self-service return, but the parking lot was full and it took an hour to find a spot. Additionally, there was a 1000 euro pre-authorization which took nearly 10 days to release after returning the car, which seems a bit too long. Overall, we were satisfied. We booked a Citroën C4 or equivalent and got a Toyota Auris hybrid. Though its power was lacking, it had a fuel consumption of 5 liters per 100 kilometers, making it a cost-effective choice.

Great company, they upgraded our car for us. The car was very new, with only 5000 kilometers, and the built-in navigation was also excellent!

It was great. It significantly facilitated our self-driving tour. Truly convenient, both for borrowing and returning the cars.

Compared to the rude service attitude of Parisians, this car rental company has a relatively good service attitude. When I returned the car, the tire was flat, but the staff didn't say anything. Just a handshake, and the return process was over.
