The Enterprise - Heathrow Airport - Airport - Enterprise car hire location is located out of the airport

After your baggage collection, please proceed to our (Enterprise) counter located in the arrivals hall of terminals 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. Please use the courtesy phone located at the Enterprise counter to call the shuttle service which can take up to 10 minutes. Please be aware that we will have an Agent on call up until midnight but you cannot collect a vehicle after midnight and before 6am. For further information please contact us on 020 8897 2100.

They did not push insurance sales. The car pickup was quite fast, with two cars to choose from. We had more luggage and took some time to decide which car to take. I rented a RAV4 but ended up with an Eclipse, which had significantly less space. Overall, though, I was satisfied.
