You can arrive of Enterprise - London Heathrow Airport car hire by free shuttle bus.

On arrival you can proceed straight to the rental branch via our shuttle bus service operating every 5-8 minutes from outside the arrivals hall in any terminal. TERMINAL 1 CLOSED. TERMINAL 2 Bus stop 7 and 8: Ground floor outside arrivals hall. TERMINAL 3 Bus stop 17 and 18: As you exit arrivals, head straight past the exit ramp to the end of the terminal. Exit the terminal building using the doors on the right hand side. TERMINAL 4 Bus Stop 2: As you exit arrivals, head towards the exit located near the underground tube station, turn right out of these doors. TERMINAL 5 Bus Stop 26 and 27: As you exit arrivals, head past Costa Coffee and Marks Spencer’s shop. Use the exit doors next to Cafe Nero and then cross to 2nd lane.

Customers who collect a vehicle from the UK mainland and wish to drive within mainland Europe are required to purchase European Travel Coverage. European Travel Coverage provides the customers with our written consent (VE103B form) to drive the vehicle in the countries stated and to access 24/7 international breakdown cover through the AA.
In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the UK mainland with the vehicle and require our authorization. Customers are required to inform the rental branch on their own with no less than 72 hours’ notice prior to collecting the vehicle to arrange their European Travel Coverage. European Travel Coverage is only available to customers paying with a credit card,Premium, Luxury and Executive vehicles are excluded from the European Travel Coverage product and are therefore not allowed to leave the country.
The charge for European Travel Coverage is £300 per rental for all cross border travels. Customers renting from Northern Ireland wishing to cross the border into the Republic of Ireland will only be charged 25.53 Please note that we are unable to provide any additional equipment that may be compulsory for driving abroad (e.g. breathalyzers, warning triangles, first aid kits etc.) and this responsibility rests on the driver. Customers are required to be aware of any requirements of the destination and any countries or regions customers might travel through.

    Enterprise's service is good. I picked up the car at Heathrow Airport and returned it at Edinburgh Airport. During the trip, I had a minor accident while avoiding a lamb, and the front left of the car got scratched. I had to wait for the rental point at Heathrow to assess the damage, which would take a month. After returning to my country, I didn't know how to follow up on it. I hope it won't be too troublesome. Everything else was fine. The car was brand new and easy to drive. Choosing an automatic transmission was definitely a wise decision for driving in the UK.

    Right outside the airport terminal is the car rental office. The staff was very enthusiastic. After completing the paperwork, we took the company's shuttle bus to pick up the car. We initially booked a Passat, but the staff warmly introduced us to an Insignia station wagon, which solved our concern about storage space. The car had only driven 6000 miles and was very new. It even had dual navigation systems, which felt quite luxurious. The trip covered 3500 kilometers in 21 days, costing around 2200 yuan in fuel (diesel cars are very fuel-efficient, 1.2 pounds/liter). Returning the car was simple and took only 10 minutes. We then took the shuttle back to the airport. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and this car performed admirably. Highly recommended!

    Very good, efficient rental and return process. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is quite convenient. Booked a Passat automatic, but got an Insignia instead. The car was very new with plenty of interior space, and the trunk could fit three 24-inch suitcases. The built-in English GPS was useful (if you're not confident with English, it's recommended to rent a free GPS from the QEEQ website).

    They couldn't solve problems at all. The phone call got transferred four or five times and they couldn't clarify anything even after half an hour. They cancelled the reservation on a whim and just took the money. We had to buy train tickets from York to Manchester at our own expense. They told us in York that they had communicated with the Manchester office and there would be a car. But when we arrived, they said they had received no such notification and there were no cars available. While our whole family was stranded at the airport worrying about our accommodation in Edinburgh that night, they just cancelled our order and left us to fend for ourselves. Terrible service!

    The pick-up and drop-off procedures were simple. There's a free shuttle bus from the airport terminal to the car rental office. I had booked a Vauxhall but was given a Peugeot 308 diesel with only 2357 miles on it, basically a new car and in good condition. The staff at the car rental company were very courteous. However, the company should improve by ensuring the car has sufficient AdBlue and by informing customers about the AdBlue warning light. I had never driven a diesel car before and had no idea about AdBlue. After driving over a thousand kilometers, the AdBlue warning light came on, and I didn't know how to refill AdBlue. Consequently, I had to stop by the roadside to check the warning signal and look up its meaning. The car wouldn't start, so I had to call QEEQ and the rental company for roadside assistance. After waiting for more than 3 hours, the rescue vehicle arrived. The technician went to a nearby gas station, bought 10 liters of AdBlue, refilled it, and the car was back to normal. The cost for AdBlue and the assistance fee were covered by the rental company.
