Car Price is good BUT they CHARGE your credit card the deposit of 1500 euro and not put a HOLD on the amount. Thus the currency exchange loss in credit card conversion back n forth ends up USD80 extra. Refuse to take Debit card. So unless you hv credit card in EUR currency, not recommanded to rent from them.

We had to pay additional charges for refuelling even though we returned the car with a full tank. They claimed a small chip in the windscreen had to be paid for (400€) despite their rental agreement saying chips of under 20mm did not incur a charge.

Everyone needs to be careful, they force you to buy local insurance which costs an additional 180 euros, and charged me twice. I told the bank I only signed once, but the bank said there were two charges. When I went to the rental company, they claimed there was only one charge. Now I don’t know what to do. Renting a car for an extra 180 euros * 2, that's 360 euros, this is really expensive.

I rented a Fiat 500, but they gave me a Fiesta instead. Also, the deposit was supposed to be 1100 euros, but for some reason, they charged me 1224 euros.

Arrived around ten minutes early, the reception staff were very polite in confirming the order. However, their attitude changed drastically when I declined to purchase additional insurance from the car rental company, and they asked me to wait until the scheduled time to process the deal. The order clearly stated that no additional fees were required, but I was still charged an extra 30.23 euros as airport tax.

Service was terrible. They made me wait an hour because my flight was early. Not even because car was not ready. Took me 30 mins to wait for someone to come to look at a body hit on the car. On return they took more than than 10 min to examine every inch of the car with flashlight and photos. Found nothing. They charged 25% tax on the 90 EU extra pay for border crossing in Europe.
