Please contact the staff to pick you up to Waygo - Lisbon Airport car hire when you arrived.

On your arrival at Lisbon Airport and after collecting your luggage go to Exit 4 and send an SMS/Whatsapp/ Call to the number 00351 924 694 793 with the following format: Arrive + Voucher number. A Waygo representative will contact you for the pick-up and drive you to our desk a short distance from Lisbon airport.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.

EU Driving Licence

For local renters, you need to bring:

Full Driving License issued in Portugal

Otherwise you will be charged €150 for leaving abroad, and you will be responsible for all damage caused to the vehicle and third parties during the trip abroad.

Must-not:

Taking rental cars to the countries that are not listed in Paid is not allowed.

Travelling abroad without prior authorisation from Waygo , the fee will be charged according to the price list (500€) and customers are responsible for all damage caused to the vehicle and third parties during the trip abroad.
