The Drive On Holidays - AEROPORTO LISBOA car hire location is located out of the airport

A Drive on Holidays representative is on the arrivals hall at the meeting point near the Vodafone Shop and the Ice cream shop Olá and join all customers to the shuttle stop in front of airport arrivals. Our representative is always at the meeting point since 07h00 until 21h00, or later when there are bookings schedule in the evening. All late bookings with flight information are monotonized in order to be waiting for the upcoming customers. A free shuttle service to rental office is provided with an approximately 8 minutes journey.

Drop-off Instructions

The vehicle must be returned in the office. When the return process is concluded we provide a free shuttle to the Airport.

Young Driver Fee applies at 19 - 23 years old with charge of EUR 6 - 9 per day approximately.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

please have picture of the car ready showing all damaged (and not damaged) places at the time of rental. The underage boy who was checking the car wasn't taking pictures at the time or rental, only scrapping some marks on printed paper which then was presented as a proof, although both sides were marked I was said that one of the scratches was new. I didn't have time or energy to argue, but I'm not going to use your agency or recommend it to anyone to use it.

Not happy at all with what happened. I was guaranteed audi Q2 and i got another vehicle. I booked a rental with 0 excess and was charged at the counter extra fees + 2100 euros as a deposit. We had to wait a long time for the shuttle from the airport to the pick up location, then even longer at the pickup location - lost 2 hours doing this.

The customer services is great there. That is why I rented from them again this time. However, the car I was given this time was not is great shape. I had to return it after the first day because the engine light went on. Thankfully I was close by to return it and they were great at helping me switch vehicles.

The cost of the hire car was 125% greater than the booked amount agreed with full insurance. This was due to the rental company demanding Euro1900 deposit or Euro 242 for new insurance on top off the insurance booked. This is a complete SCAM and will be reported to the Portuguese customer complaints bureau.

I took a taxi to get there, and there were a lot of people in line. There were many service counters, but I waited for an hour to get the car. The service attitude was good. The first car had an issue with the tire, and it was replaced immediately after I pointed it out.
