Vehicle Pick-Up Instructions (Domestic Only, Operating Hours: 6 AM – 11 PM Daily) For Non-Avis Preferred and Non-Presidents Club Customers: After arriving at T2 or T3, locate the Avis/Budget rental counters in the arrivals area, opposite the baggage carousels. Complete your rental agreement at the in-terminal Avis/Budget counter. Shuttle Bus Pickup: Avis/Budget staff will guide you to the kerbside shuttle pickup areas at T2 and T3. Have your rental documents ready at the shuttle pick-up point and Avis/Budget location to expedite your vehicle collection. Free Shuttle Bus Transfers: The shuttle will transport you to the Avis/Budget vehicle pick-up location.

Drop-off Instructions

Vehicle Return Instructions (Domestic Only, Operating Hours: 5 AM – 11 PM Daily) Return Location: All vehicle returns will take place at the Avis facility located on the corner of Ross Smith Avenue and Butler Road, not at the P1 car park. Google map link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/MgXcqDmPoJqd2x3VA Directions Based on Your Route: - From South Sydney or M5 Motorway: - Turn left into Butler Road from General Holmes Drive (at the BP Service Station). - Then turn left into the Avis location. - From Sydney CBD, Northern, or Eastern Suburbs: - Turn right into General Holmes Drive from Southern Cross Drive. - Turn left into Ross Smith Avenue and follow it past the Blu Emu parking facility. - At the roundabout, turn left into Butler Avenue, then right into the Avis location. Make sure to allow adequate time for vehicle return to avoid delays.
