Pick-up Instructions

The Simba Car Hire - Sydney Airport - Shuttle Bus car hire location is located out of the airport

After collecting you luggage please call 02 8005 6696 or request for a shuttle bus on https://www.simbacarhire.com.au/syd-checkin International Airport Pick-up Instructions T1： After collecting your luggage at T1 (International), head to your right from the terminal and look for the "Ride Share" sign. Follow the signs and look for the Simba Bus. Domestic Airport Pick-up Instructions T2: After collecting your luggage exit the T2 terminal on the right, go beyond the bus signage and cross at the pedestrian lights. You'll find our shuttle waiting at "Priority Pickup Area" clearly marked as Green. T3: For those at T3 (Qantas Terminal), leave the terminal turning left and cross at the pedestrian crossing to find our shuttle at "Priority Pickup Area".

Drop-off Instructions

Please notify one of our friendly admin staff if you may require a shuttle service to be organised on your return. Please note that you are NOT required to contact prior to your arrival at the office.

Amazing staff I was extremely anxious because my flight was delayed and wasn’t going to be able to get to the pick up office by 8.30pm I I was really was upset as I had no way of getting to hotel which was quite a distance away and then to try and get the car the following day The young lady was very sweet and understanding and offered to wait I arrived at 8.40 to collect car and was so relieved that she did this for me Just truly wonderful The young man when I dropped the car off was lovely as well I will definitely use Simba car hire again Very prompt refund of deposit too

The office installations where very poorly looking, walls peeling off, etc. The staff wasn't very friendly and the person who process my documents took pictures of my credit card front and back, which I found very doggy as the security code is on it, when asking, he said it was for their own security, which I completely disagree, but he didn't give me other option.

Very good! The front desk Indian guy was very nice! I just didn't realize they open at 7 AM. My flight was at 8, so I had to ask a friend to return the car. In the rush, we forgot to refuel, and there was a $15 refueling fee plus fuel cost. However, the invoice had all the charges clearly listed. Overall, the experience was very good, and I would rent again. The car was also very new and easy to drive, though this model had issues with CarPlay disconnecting.

Due to the flight schedule, I picked up the car at 5 PM when it was already getting dark. This store has longer business hours compared to others, so I was a bit worried it might close early, but it stays open late, which perfectly solved the pickup problem. Since both pickup and drop-off are at the same location, the shuttle service was very quick. A deposit of $500 was taken at pickup and has been refunded today. Additionally, there is an extra charge if you need to add an additional driver, and drivers under 25 also need to pay an extra fee similar to a security deposit. Overall, I've found that the stores on QEEQ are quite convenient, and you can choose according to your needs. They're all pretty good!

Quick counter service at pickup and dropoff. The car was spotless inside and out. We were dropped off at Terminal 2 in a shuttle bus area. But at pickup we had to walk a long way to a Priority pickup area the public use. The shuttle bus area at Terminal 2 would have been much better for seniors with luggage
