You will pass: MacDonald’s and the Qantas Domestic Transfer area. For Domestic (T2, T3) meet in Shuttle Bays 4-7, From Qantas (T3) - exit, turn right and walk 200m. The day before, I went to the car rental office to change the pickup time. The female manager I met was very helpful and assisted me in modifying the pickup time. However, the next day when I went to pick up the car, the male clerk proceeded to add full insurance (14 AUD/day, cheaper than QEEQ) without my consent. I repeatedly said I didn't need it, but he insisted on selling it. This was my first time encountering such a situation in Australia after renting cars multiple times. He then gave me a car with some chips on the front windshield. When I pointed them out, he refused to note them down on the pickup form, claiming they were minor issues. Given that he had just added the full insurance without my permission, I no longer trusted him. Fearing I might be charged during the return, I insisted on speaking to the manager on duty and got a brand-new car instead. Throughout the rental process, apart from that male clerk (whose staff name seems to start with 'A', but I couldn’t see clearly), everyone else was great. The car was new and fully equipped. Overall, this is a good car rental company.
