If you’re already in Lisbon, you can collect the car directly from our office in Rua Doro 5, 2680-032 Camarate. We are open 24/7. For Airport pickups: Please kindly contact the counter request the shuttle service. After you exit the Luggage Claim Area go towards the Arrivals Hall, make a right at EXIT NUMBER 4, next to the Vodafone Shop! Outside, on the second lane wait for the red shuttle bus which passes by every 15 minutes. The office is 5 km away from the airport.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return vehicle to the office located at:R. Doro 5, 2680-032 Camarate, Portugal. Then take the shuttle back to the airport.

    the car had a technical problem of missing oil!!!! that couldn't happened if they checked the car properly before giving it to the customer As a fact, the car stopped the engine in the middle of the highway and I wasted my time to bring the car to their station for changing the car
