Upon arrival at Miami International Airport and after collecting your luggage, please proceed to Level 3 of the airport terminal and follow the signs to take the internal train (MIAMI MOVER) to the Car Rental Center. Once you arrive, go to Level 4 and follow the directions posted on the walls and ceilings until you exit to the taxi and shuttle area outside. From there, walk to the area between Stops 3 and 4. Once you arrive, please call 001-800-841-0405 or 001-786-716-1443 to request a shuttle to our office. The Surprice van will arrive in approximately 3 to 6 minutes. The van is white and clearly marked with Surprice. Note: The number 001-800-841-0405 is toll-free from any public phone at Miami International Airport.
