Fantastic
Best car hire experience we've had. Really quick and efficient pick up and drop off and none of that feeling that you often get when hiring a car abroad that they're trying to rip you off. We were surprised that the car was electric (all Hertz hire cars in Corsica apparently are) but charging was really easy (much better than in the UK suprisingly) and it was great to have a hire car with decent acceleration for a change!

Hertz was rude and not helpful what so ever. Qeeq was easy and hassle free
Didn’t have our car we had booked available so we was given a mid size suv which was good but doesn’t quite feel like it was worth the same as a mustang would have which we paid for. Woman at the check in desk to pick up the car was actually quite rude and really uninformative. We showed up she didn’t apologise for not having the car we booked. Then when letting us know they didn’t have it just said go to this bay and your car will be there. No options or choices considering a mustang and mid size suv aren’t comparable at all. Oh and don’t bother ever ringing them if you need anything no matter what store you call nobody ever picks up the phone.

Waited over an hour for the car after terribly rude customer service staff.
We had to wait over an hour for our car which meant we missed out on some of the activities we had planned for the day. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude and claimed we needed to sign in using an iPad outside. The iPad (and the instructions to sign in) were all in Japanese. Whilst we were waiting (for over an hour) approximately 7 other customers came into the hertz store, missing the iPad and hadn’t signed in. The signage should be in all languages and not just in Japanese. When we eventually got to the front of the queue, the customer service agent who dealt with us was very apologetic, however we’d already waited so long that we’d missed the opportunity to conduct some of the activities we had planned to do.

Ok, but the car wasn’t in as greater shaper as I had hoped
No the car didn’t exceed my expectations. Noisy, possibly in the drive train. Rear door sticky to open. I did contact Hertz via the messenger platform (which there response on that was excellent) Only problem their response was “Thank you for that! I have sent a request for our Emergency Roadside Service team to reach out to you directly. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience! -Sam” we didn’t receive a call…. Also, the hire got extended, we will return it this Friday 5th July as agreed. No need to bother getting Roadside assistance onto it now, we’ll put up with it

Car performed well for a 3 day weekend tour of Colmar wine country.
The car had small items of damage not apparent in the report. I feel Hertz should give you full instructions on where to find the nearest petrol station to avoid delays on dropping off the car with a full tank of petrol. Brakes seemed very sharp if not used carefully. No reversing mirror to assist in backing in tight areas.
