“Online rental experience was average. Upon arrival at the car rental was terrible.”

Customer service at car rental was unsatisfactory. Car exterior and interior was dirty and filthy upon pick up. They also did not make any attempts to address my concerns about it. I will never rent from Hertz EVER again.
