The shop was easy to find, and they did not aggressively push insurance. It was convenient to pick up the car. I rented a Prado and they charged a 5000 AED deposit, not sure when it will be refunded.
① I rented a Honda Accord but got a small Kia SUV instead, which is not the same class. ② They added a damage insurance fee of around 3000 RMB without informing me. After I refused and discovered it, they required a 6000 RMB deposit, saying it would not be refunded for any damage. After communicating with Zuzuche, they told me I did not need to buy the insurance, and in case of any issues, they would reimburse me after I paid first. ③ When checking the car for scratches, they almost used a magnifying glass.
Only issue was car read low tyre pressure on pick-up. i had to get the tyres pumped up when stopped at a fuel station.
Hertz did not honour the EasyCar value, and had me pay a larger number. The original number they quoted was excessive, and was a holiday changer. Thankfully they released the car to me at a better rate, but still more than agreed in the EasyCar terms.

I raised this with Easyrentcars. They say they will refund me the overpaid value as per the Easyrentcars contract. I am still waiting. 20 working days were advised to me as the time I would need to wait for the refund. We are approaching the 20 day mark, so I hope this is resolved in the time allocated.
