Although the car that I reserved was not available, and they hardly had any premium or luxury cars; I was given a nice upgrade for the inconvenience. Thank you Mr Pierre.
This is an scam!!!
You end paying much more than the amount quoted.
Insurance policy is the worst.
They force you to buy their insurance even when you do not need it.
And you can not cancel your reservation because they refuse to do it there and their automated system goes over and over to the selection option. Cancel your reservation is impossible.
Do not rent cars with this company, they are liars. And they don't give you the car you selected even when you have paid more than standard.

FOX YOU SUCK! CALLED AHEAD AND WAS TOLD NO PROBLEM OF ARRIVING AT 7PM INSTEAD OF 3PM DUE TO FLIGHT CHANGE. WELL B.S. CAUSE YOU GAVE MY VEHICLE OUT AND HAD ME SCRAMBLING TO START MY VACATION. I WANT MY 36.53 BACK OR I WILL PUT NEGATIVE REVIEWS ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE I CAN. THAT WAS WORST EXPIERNCE I EVER HAD TRAVELING AFTER GETTING IN A SHUTTLE HEADING TO YOUR AGENCY ONLY TO FIND MY CAR WAS NOT THERE... OH AND I WAS OFFERED AN UPRADE FOR XTRA $!!!!!!!
Yes my comment would be to regarding their poor advice and lack of returning my questions.
I was highly advised / recommended due to US culture to take out the top insurance at a cost of £160 extra. Then told that they could fill the car upon return at a fraction of the cost. Which was a complete lie. I returned the car full, at the cost of £35 then charged over £50. I have emailed fox rentals to ask if I will be reimbursed as I returned the car with a full tank of petrol. They are yet to reply. Very poor.
It took too long to be picked up at the airport over one hour, And another hour at the counter. I was charged extra for picking up the car late that I had already paid for. I was requested to pay extra to activate the sunpass. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to nobody. The only good thing was the car and the counter guy he had great customer service skills.

The car was great, took some time to adjust the drivers seat for my height. I was sitting a bit too low and was a little difficult seeing in front of the vehicle. It was a new model Nissan Rouge, drive smoothly but had to fill up three times and I only drove from Ft.Lauderdale to Orlando then Tampa and back to Ft.lauderdale.

The car was dirty, with trash from previous occupants in it. Also, "check oil" indicator was on the whole time.
JC added charges to my rental that were not specified (and even counter) to what was on my voucher. Voucher stipulated that I could choose not to have a Sunpass and JC told me they would cancel my reservation rather than honor that agreement. Also, voucher stated that I was entitled to GPS in vehicle, which was not included by JC. I am still waiting for Easyrentcars.com to get JC to return the additional money to me.

I have been renting cars in Florida for 25 years. I always have a pleasant experience. Right Cars was absolutely horrendous. From the moment I picked up the car until drop off. The car was unsafe and dirty. Ontop of that, the customer service made the experience the absolute worst.
When I went to pick up the car, the supervisor, Oscar wanted to charge me extra insurance because I didn't have the "sufficient coverage". I called my agent infront of him, and she assured me that I had more than enough coverage. He argued for about 25 minutes claiming this $300,000 property provision was in the terms and conditions when I booked. I pulled up the terms and conditions infront of him, read them aloud, and no where did it state a property provision. Our declaration stated we had enough coverage as well as the fact that I have $500,000 in liability.
He was rude, nasty, and extremely condescending. He seemed happy to argue with me. The vehicle was absolutely disgusting. Myself and my daughters were grossed out to sit in it. All four windows, including the windshield were dirty and didn't look like they were ever cleaned from the inside. There was some sort of glue all over the middle of the windshield which was a huge distraction while driving at night. The car had an abrupt shake if you went over 55 mph. In addition, the car had over 30,000 miles on it. In all of my years of renting a car, they have never had anything close to 30,000 miles. We returned to Right Cars to get into another argument. I told Oscar about the condition of the car and the shaking. He did not seem phased. I filled up the car and upon returning it, it was down by one tick of gas. He insisted he must charge me a $50 gas fee. I had to have my daughter drive the car to the nearest gas station to fill up 1 gallon of gas. This made us late to the airport, requiring us to take an Uber. He was rude and did not care that he was making us late at all. Terrible experience and I will never rent again.

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.
Counter girl push unnecessary options. Lied about how many toll roads and said cash at tolls was not an option. I tried to call customer help line but it was not available.
They charged me for insurance I do need or asked for and made it perfectly clear I have my own full coverage insurance. When I called back I was hung up on
