Le système de prise de ticket avec des A B et C rend incompréhensible l'avancée de votre tour dans la file.
Dans la mesure où il s'agit de l'heure d'arrivée qui déterminé le passage ne faire qu'un numéro d'ordre.
De p'us il n'y vait que 3 personne pour le guichet ce qui était insufisnt

j'ai loué la voiture chez ACE,comment savoir que Global car se substitue à ACE sauf par un petit panneau derrière le comptoir?Beaucoup d'attente au comptoir car le personnel tente de vous imposer une assurance à plus de 100€ malgré l'assurance souscrite lors de la réservation et devient très désagréable lorsqu'on lui oppose un refus:plus de 30' d'attente et une sérieuse prise de bec avec l'employé.
Aéroport de BOD en travaux,guichets de location mal indiqués...Heureusement le personnel pour la livraison et la restitution du véhicule était très sympathique et opérationnel malgré l'affluence.
We waited over an hour and despite booking with ‘Ace’ we were with Goldcar. When we got seen, it took 20 minutes for the rep to find us a suitable car and then I was told the deposit on my credit card was a lot higher than I had expected and exceeded my credit limit. I therefore had to pay an extra €118 for the Super Relax Cover, thus doubling the hire charge. Not a pleasant experience.
The car was more than 55.000 km but the engine was very good and I enjoyed to drive it for 10 days
Goldcar staff was very good and pleasant in difficult conditions

The sign at Bordeaux Airport for ACE car rentals was a tiny A4 piece of paper with no other directions. Wait time at the desk was 10minutes yet took over 3hrs to get all the cars for my party! Was given 3 different cars, the children seats I had pre booked weren't available and as a result was pulled over by the police which was a horrific experience for my 18month old daughter. We were asked for a 1,400 Euro deposit each for each car which was news to us. Having finally paid everything and gotten our cars after multiple changes and a police stop (they wanted to make us get taxis for the kids) we were on our way. 2 out 3 cars we didn't fill up on return and were fined 50 euros per car atop the petrol cost. 1 car was filled up but apparently 4 euros short of a full tank and an additional 50 euro charge was placed on our card a week later (having agreed at the drop off the tank was full). Bottom line is this was the worst experience of my life and thing ACE and all their staff should be ashamed of themselves.
1,5 hours waiting to get the car at Bordeaux airport. No childseet was provided, allthough I booked it in advance. At dropping off the car, there was no inspection. Still after 3 hours I received an email to pay 260 Eur due to scratch on the car. That damage I did not do, this is unacceptable and I will take legal action.
The car provided was far smaller than had been booked, and no alternative was available.
This was positioned as an "upgrade" as it was an automatic, whereas a manual had been booked. I don't really care about the gear system, that wasn't what I asked for or booked. I asked for a car big enough to comfortably fit 4 adults and a child with luggage. This was not provided and Budget offered no apology. very disappointing.
Waited over an hour to pick up the car. When we got to the desk there were 5 customer service people on duty but one by one they left leaving only one person to deal with the last three customers. They clearly don't care.
Checking in a nightmare. Nearly two hours queuing at Bordeaux airport to do check in. Irate customers ended up in aggressive altercation with one of the desk staff, police were called to calm everything down.
Our check in lady apologised and was helpful, but overall a ridiculous length of time to pick up a car.
Dropping off was easier and customer service pleasant and efficient.
The wait to pick up the car was rediculously long, especially in a warm airport with 2 young children. Counter staff were quite rude and once we realised car was far too small, we weren't able to upgrade. Wait for return was also quite lengthy.

Booking was smooth and easy to include all waivers.
We have used several times. Due to this and our yearly car hire excess insurance, we no longer get the hard sell for own car rentals unnecessary insurance which we have found stressful with other companies. The car was very clean and in excellent condition.
