“Be warned that the staff at Bordeaux airport Rhodium desk, return are hard sell and very officious”

The staff at the Rhodium ick up desk were very eager to sell the extra insurance even though I stated I had extra cover and therefore was not interested so pick up was long. Returning the car was not a pleasant experience and as a customer you were made to feel that you had to pass some kind of test during vehicle inspection I would not recommend it

“the car was fine but very small Engine for a five seater family car. 1.2L struggled with motorways”

Getting the car seemed to take forever and with 3 small hungry children it was a added stress.there was some some hidden charges and fined if you didn’t bring the car back with a full tank or committed an offence that weren’t stipulated before the hire.
