Initially, I was worried about hidden charges when picking up the car. I specifically told the staff that I had already bought insurance through QEEQ, and they reassured me that there was no need to purchase additional insurance. When we got the keys it was a 5 minute walk in torrential rain to pick up the car.

The service was alright, and the car was fine too. However, during peak seasons, it seems like there aren't enough staff at the counter, so both picking up and dropping off the car take time. Additionally, because it's a bit far from the airport, waiting for their shuttle also takes time.
