The rental company employee was punctual and waited for us at the airport.

When booking through Zuzuche, I carefully checked the terms, which said a pre-authorization of 2500 euros would be held. However, at the store, they said it would be 3000 euros unless I purchased their insurance. Although I explained that I had already bought insurance through Zuzuche, they insisted on the 3000 euros deposit. Additionally, the price for the child booster seat was higher than quoted on Zuzuche. There was no one to pick us up from the airport and we waited a long time until I called them. The only positive aspect was that the car was relatively new.

There were two staff members handling the process after queueing for a number ticket. Compared to bigger car rental companies, it's a bit lacking, but overall it's okay.

It said airport shuttle service, but we had to walk ourselves. There was no bus at 5 AM. It’s not far, about 10 minutes, but it was raining heavily.

It was okay. The staff said the car was too small for four people, so we paid extra to get a larger four-wheel drive.

The pick-up was not timely. Seriously, who has the obligation to wait for you? The car in Iceland didn’t even have snow tires, making customers change them themselves. Really, what a joke.

Had to drag our luggage to find the store, only to find it closed due to Christmas, despite confirming the rental time multiple times. Stranded in cold and hunger in Iceland for 4 hours until 3 AM! Paid over 8000 RMB for 6 days. To avoid delaying our trip, we rented a car from a local agency for 3 days, but only received a partial refund of around 1000 RMB. Do not rent from here; they take your money and provide no car.

Pretty good

Although the location is a bit far from the airport, the service is great. There's a pickup service from the airport when you rent the car and a drop-off service when you return it. The staff is very friendly, and you can ask them about Iceland road signs if you haven't done much research.
