Welcome were not very kind both time. The oil for the engine was critically low, we could have blown up the car engine. And they made us pay for the oil. I will never book surprice rent a car again, and I will pass the message.

Great service. First car the air conditioning didn't work, so I had to go back to the desk. They issued me a brand new car as a replacement!

No USB charging port. No cruise control. Manual key entry. A little more modern and a bit less basic would be good

We had Gold Car! we bought full insurance to cover excess etc, but wanted 1000 euro deposit, wouldnt take card as booking in another name! made us pay 245 extra euro to be able to take car, pick up and collection a nightmare

The vehicle was several years old having over 100,000 km, poor air condition and overall poor performance. The agent refused to issue another appropriate vehicle. The absolute rental experience in my life.

Most horrible customer services you can find ever, they are racist especially if you are not greek, and scammers, If you want to enjoy a good vacation stay away from goldcar.

We arrived at the airport at midnight, and the customer service is 24 hours, which is great! The pickup point is about 200 meters to the right after exiting the arrival hall. There was another customer service representative on site to arrange the car pickup and inspection, assisting us throughout.

The deposit is too high and they hold it for too long.

Hi there, the agent at the desk insisted on adding insurance to our car and bad-mouthed internet bookings. There was a language barrier (Greek) so we couldn’t decide whether it was necessary or not. The cost of our rental nearly doubled. Not Happy!

It took the shuttle 30 minutes to arrive and not 10 that the rental car rep informed me. Had to wait another 30 minutes before someone became available once at the office. One guy was answering the phones, another girl in front of the computer was not even looking at the people in the lobby and was chewing on a pen and talking on the phone making jokes. Once I got someone to help me, the representative said that I had to take their insurance and the insurance I already had purchased through Easyrentcars was not valid. I ended spending another 84 euro for it. Also she said if I did not take it, they would take a pre authorization of 750 euro. The only way to avoid that was to sign for their insurance. So they plain lied to me. Car gas as on 30% and not at full and the keys were thrown at me over the counter. I had to walk outside the parking lot by myself and find my car, and check for damage and figure out were is everything. By far the most unprofessional service I had. I did not have time to argue with them, since I was at a time crunch.

Arrived at the depot and left waiting for more than 30 minutes. After loading our bags into the car we discovered it had a flat tyre. Moved bags into a second car then discovered the power outlet didn't work. Transferred bags to a third car and found that one of the headlights was blown; had to wait >60 mins while they took the car to the service station next door to replace the headlight. All up more than 2 hours to get a safe vehicle.

Guys, I got to the airport pick point 30 min before you close. It was not my fault it took you more than 30 min for the transfer to show up and take us to your location. You still charged me 25$ extra! That's the reason of my bad review, I did complain at the desk but your guy said it was the rule. if I knew I was paying 25$ extra you wouldn't be my choice for rental. Please fix that.

I rented a Suzuki Swift or similar and got the Hyundai I10. It's a smaller car than it was supposed to be.

Very disorganized. I was not greeted at arrivals - had to call several times to get through. Was told they’d pick me up in 5 min, took 25min. Car fuel was literally on empty and not last eighth. After a while realized aircon was very poor, hardly any cold air but was too far away to return. Fuel cap faulty. If I see MAX I will stay away from it next time

The car I got had very poor torque and pick up, seemed a bit dirty, glass we not clean, wiper fluid was completely empty. But on highway and flat surfaces the car was ok.

Very easy to book. Liked the 5% rebook on price drop option. Good options. Good app.

Difficile de trouver la personne de l agence à aéroport, quand trouver plus de 30 mn d attente. Personnel d agence moyennement aimable, ne pas comprendre le grec ne veut pas dire que l'on ne remarque pas le regard les rire ironique etc... Pas de papier signé à restitution véhicule, restitution faite en 30 seconde...

Very disappointed, customer service was appalling, various issues and do not want to waste any more time on this. Will never hire a vehicle from them again.
