The same attendant handled both the pick-up and drop-off, and he was quite unprofessional. It took almost half an hour to complete the paperwork, and others at the rental company seemed embarrassed for him. He was very slow and dragging his feet. Eventually, another female attendant processed the pick-up in just 2 minutes. The same thing happened during the drop-off – there was nothing complicated, just needed someone to check the car, which took over 10 minutes to arrange. After the inspection, there were no issues, but he went off to do something else and took almost another 10 minutes to finalize the paperwork. If you rent a car at Athens Airport, try to avoid this company if possible. If you encounter this specific attendant, you'll need patience and a good temper. If you're in a hurry to get to the airport, it could be troublesome.

The service efficiency is not very high. I arrived on time, but the reserved Golf was unavailable. It took almost 2 hours to transfer a car from another branch. The car was upgraded but was much larger. The branch said they couldn't provide any small automatic cars. Due to my tight schedule, I had to accept it.

The vehicle was not checked before handover, and the gas tank was not filled, allowing only 90 km of driving, which caused range anxiety. The vehicle's engine oil was also not checked, leading to warnings about low oil levels during the trip. The car couldn't be driven and, unfortunately, this vehicle lacked an oil dipstick, requiring computer diagnostics. When I called customer service for help, their attitude was very poor and they told me to handle it myself. Helpless, I had to seek remote assistance from a car service company back home. I ultimately resolved the issue myself, which cost me 20 euros—an expense I shouldn't have had to cover. If my English wasn't good, I have no idea how others would manage.
