The car I ordered was an automatic SUV..... the car I was given was an automatic Fiat 500!!!!!
Sicily by car didn't even own any automatic SUV cars!!!!!!!
Service was appalling, waited 2.5 hours to collect the car in a massive queue as their process was highly inefficient, other car rental companies were serving people within 5 mins. It was obscene.
I'm currently in contact with them to get a refund as I didn't get the car I paid for and they told me to "contact my intermediary" shocking service. I would give them 0 for customer service if I could.
It was difficult to find where we actually pick up the car. Needs to be some additional information when booking or before you collect the car.
They gave us a car that needs methane gas, but very few stations have this, do was impossible to find this type of gas. Seems unreasonable to hire out cars that you can fill up again! Added a lot of unwanted stress to the trip!

The desk clerk at GoldCar/Rhodium was only intent on selling more insurance. He had no other interest. He repeatedly lied to me to try to influence me into buying the extra insurance, instead of explaining things in a clear manner or asking his colleagues for help if he did not know. Eventually he just left! His other colleague was more helpful in explaining the difference between the AXA/Easyrentcar insurance and the insurance they were trying to push on me.
Collected the car from pisa airport at 5pm via Hertz as the firefly desk was closed. Despite paying for an insurance excess waiver, I had to put a 600 euro deposit on my credit card. The car should have been a Ford fusion or similar but the only cars available were fiat 500s. We picked the biggest (500L). The car had so many dents that I videoed the damage which corresponded with the hire agreement depiction. The fuel gauge also showed slightly less than full. Thankfully the car drove well enough. On returning it the staff at Hertz looked over it and confirmed the damages were pre-existing. ( I videos it again just to be safe).They tried to say the tank wasn't full but I showed them the receipt from the petrol station I had just filled up from and they said the fuel indicator must have been faulty. I would be wary of hiring from them. Luckily one of my party spoke fluent Italian which helped.

The car had never been clean, the staff was rude and just wanted extra money for everything, as it stands I will be letting every person I know to never use this company.
The car was as hoped. Counter staff tried to sell larger vehicle which was unnecessary. They were almost dismissive of the insurance I had and tried to sell me more which was annoying.

This company is absolutely unreliable. Their sole intent is focused on getting money from their customers for any reason. And, believe me, they are efficient and successfull in doing that dirty business . Only one thing to do when seeing their logo : to go back, run away and forget them !
Car in great condition, only 3000 km.

Shuttle bus pick up point not very clear when the bus wasn’t there, a sign would help. I would rent from them again.

We were given a considerably bigger people carrier, in fact it was a mini-van. It was parked outside the compound in a dark street and we picked up at night. In daylight, we discovered that the sliding back window’s locking and closing mechanism was broken. We immediately contacted Autovia and their response was extremely unsympathetic: by phone they told us no alternative car could be supplied; by email they told us that we had already signed that the car was in good order. So we were left with a vehicle, one of whose windows did not properly close or lock, something which had been hidden to us in the dark of the night. In other words, we were left with a vehicle that could easily have been broken into and risked any baggage we left in the vehicle, which had an impact on our holiday.
Centauro was great. They picked us up from the airport as soon as we landed in Pisa and they served us very quickly. The branch manager was very kind and he helped us to fix an issue with our booking - due to the poor service of easyrentcars.com.
I will definitely rent with them again
Un accueil déplorable. Un manque de respect que je n'ai jamais vu ailleurs (je loue des véhicules 2X/an depuis 15 ans). A la réception comme au retour on se fiche de vous et on vous traite comme un chien ! et je suis gentil... Je pourrais écrire une page entière sur mes déboires avec les employés de cette compagnie. L'employé au guichet ne vous écoute pas et après "3h30" d'explications (avec un enfant en bas âge), l'employé devant l'évidence doit admettre qu'il s'est trompé mais il ne s'excuse pas et à même l'air agacé ! Entre temps, il a même été prendre sa pause (30 minutes) et vous laisse poireauté sans vous prévenir... Et pour le retour du véhicule (avec une légère griffe), on vous demande le paiement d'une somme sans aucun justificatif alors qu'une caution a été bloquée. Je demande des explications, la personne me dit : "non" et me tourne le dos. Incroyable du jamais vu... Lamentable tout simplement ! Fuyez malheureux...
