Welcoming and friendly staff, especially the pick up gentleman. All round great experience with them

The counter staff was very rude. Forcing me to get additional insurance and saying that the insurance I have with easyrentcars is illegal.

Car was dirty has obviously been used by a smoker prior to us getting the vehicle there was cigarette as all over

Car was excellent. Did not like counter staff trying to sell me insurance at the counter. I had bought full cover with Easyrent. Pretty much told , if you break down you are on your own.

Easyrentcars was easy

Car far exceeded expectations. Counter staff very good ,friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle service to/from airport also very good. Excellent value for money.

Very easy rental/booking process.

The car was exactly what I ordered but was dirty outside. The member of staff at Pisa airport was very rude and insisted that o bought insurance even though I had it already. The deposit I made as required has not been credited back to my account which is not my experience with others rental companies.

The car was not fit for the road which we found out half way through the journey to our accommodation- the brakes needed attention. The tracking was out - the car is not being maintained to an acceptable standard. On drop off they tried to charge me for a scratch to the window that they had not seen on pick up - luckily I had clear pictures to show the scratch on pick up. Terrible stressful experience

We actually got an upgrade which was awesome! Paid for a little car and ended up getting a Peugeot 3008 which was really nice and automatic.

Price drop protector was amazing, saved us some money. Great idea!

Car a lot more damaged than told. Nearly every panel. Luckily I reported it all. Upon my return they initially started telling me I'd caused the damage and would be charged. Luckily I had proof so all ok. But I'm sure that would not jabs been the case if I had not been there on the return.

I think you should state clearer that the pick up desk is in a rent car terminal not in the actual airport terminal. It was confusing when we arrived. However the car was excellent.

Rude staff on collection, expensive extras, unforeseen costs

Counter lady was quite rude. Tried to sell me more insurance. Told me I couldn't possibly have insurance as they own the cars so how could anyone else insure them! when she realised I wan't buying more insurance she almost threw the keys at me. Did't tell me where or how to collect car. Pisa airport rental cars are either a bus ride or long walk to collect. She gave me no information and I had to find all this out myself. Appalling service.

Counter staff became hostile when I didn't want to purchase additional insurance (not needed as i had an annual SDCW policy). On returning the vehicle, the staff member inspected the car and found 2 minute scratches (almost invisible to the naked eye and certainly not done by me) and said that, technically, I was responsible for this as the 'damage' had not been reported when I picked up the car. She decided not to charge me as she was 'tired'. I am not an easily annoyed person, but her attitude made me very cross. I would not use goldcar again. If you choose to do so, I would recommend inspecting thoroughly the vehicle on pickup and making sure that you report even the tiniest scratch and paint chip before accepting the car.

Check in staff visibly frustrated when I said I didn’t want the extra insurance. Insisted I should have it regardless if my card provided suitable cover. As soon as I saw it was the same counter as goldcar I wasn’t surprised by his attitude and was very nervous about renting through them.

We arrived at 11pm and we were asked to pay a late pick up fee of 40 Euros, I couldn’t believe this (this is in small lines in the bottom of the confirmation) but I couldn’t believe it.

At the desk agent asked for a printed copy of the contract. And not just showing confirmation on my phone. On returning the car on inspection was told there was new damage which was a small scuff on rear bumper. Which I didnt do. So was told to fill out a disclaimer. For which there would be a charge. So not a happy chappie.
